Folks Fest Art Vendors

Individual load in times will be articulated as the date draws near.

Each vendor will be given a 10’x10’ area, vendors must provide their popup tent, tables, etc

We accept only Vendors who sell original artwork and/or handmade wares. We reserve the right to refuse anyone who we feel doesn’t fit into these categories. There’s a set number of spots per category. Examples include:

EXHIBITOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

Exhibited items are restricted to work representative of that which was submitted for acceptance. All items offered for sale must be the creation of the exhibitor.

Buy/sell is strictly prohibited. Booth sharing by multiple exhibitors and subletting are prohibited. Unless a specific exception has been granted, the exhibitor who applied and was accepted to participate in the Warren Folks Festival must be the person who signs the registration forms and occupies the booth throughout the day. Exhibitor booths must be 10' x 10' self-contained displays. Exhibitor booths must be kept clean and presentable at all times, tables covered and all structural elements hidden from sight. Generators are prohibited. Festival management reserves the right to decline, prohibit or expel any exhibit or exhibitor which in its judgment is not in keeping with the character of the show.

The Warren Folks Festival is an outdoor, ‘rain or shine’ event. If management decides not to open due to extreme conditions, all vendor fees will be fully refunded.

If the event opening is delayed or closed early, we will post that information onto our Facebook page and make an announcement on site. No fees will be refunded or prorated in these cases.

No refunds for cancellation by vendor will be given after August 1st, 2024.

There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

There must be no dismantling of the booth or packing up before the conclusion of the festival (7pm) or until a closing announcement is made.

GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES - I, the applicant, do expressly release The Collaborative, its officers, directors, members and all volunteers directly associated with The Collaborative from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, property or goods which may arise from participation in the Warren Folks Festival. If this application is accepted, I give permission to use my name, business name, images submitted and any photographs or videotape taken at the show of me or my items for advertising and/or publicity purposes. Further, I give permission to publish my name, business name, website, city and state on the Collaborative website and social media. I make this application in good faith and am ready, willing and able to participate in the Warren Folks Festival upon acceptance. I understand that written notification of acceptance into the event implies a contract with all the duties, fees and obligations incumbent therein. I have read, understand and agree to comply with the exhibitor rules. I, the applicant, grant permission to The Collaborative to contact me using the email address listed herein.
