Bella’s work shows the emotion and trauma that she has gone through in her life. Since her mom passed away in 2016 she started drawing to deal with the pain of that loss. As life continued she faced many more obstacles and began to paint the different stories that have taken a toll on her life. She has been exploring and experimenting more and more using acrylic paints and diving into the details of body portraits. She has dealt with body issues her whole life and decided to use paint and pencil as a way to get through it. Her work shows all bodies are beautiful and powerful. She also enjoys dabbling in the brighter side of life with her nature and animal drawings.
