In this class, we will explore the craft of short story writing using the theme of “New Beginnings” to foster inspiration and creativity. Through conversations about story structure, genre, and theme, through selected readings, guided exercises, and prompts, we will gain new inspiration and fresh ideas for writing stories. Be prepared to share your work with your classmates and give and receive valued feedback on your writing.

Bring up to 5 pages of a piece you're working on or a completed short story that you're prepared to share during this session. 

All skill levels are welcome.
